Expoagrofuturo, had it's IX version, summoning over 15.000 attendees of the farming, agroindustrial and forest industry.  The event intended to boost the secteur's productivity through an improved entrepreneurial approach.

Eventtia's event technology platform was used widely across the event.  Before the event Eventtia was used to configure the event and manage the commercial activity, promoting stand sales to potential exhibitors and managing booth reservations.   Eventtia supported the registration and ticketing for all attendees and exhibitors.  All visitor's badges were generated and printed using our thermal printer integration.
Two B2B meetings events were organized inside the fair with our matchmaking module.  Our mobile app Eventtia leads was used by exhibitors to capture and qualify visitor's information.
 
Finally, by the means of a white branded mobile application we produced a detailed catalogue of the show allowing visitors to find relevant exhibitors and make the most of the show.
 
Results show an all-out succes. Up to 8871 international and domestic companies took advantage of this great opportunity to promote farming investment and agricultural foreign trade.
