Every year, event professionals gather at the early spring in Frankfurt for the world class fair IMEX Frankfurt, one of the most important trade-shows for the MICE market.
For the very first time Eventtia participated to this amazing show structured around a hosted buyer program and pre-arranged one-to-one meetings. During 3 days we held over 50 meetings with qualified buyers from all around the world. From the buyers we’ve met, 72% came from Europe, 18% from Latin America, 8,5% from North America, 1% from South Africa and 0,5% from the Middle East. Good for them Eventtia is already available in English, Spanish and French.
They told us that they were looking for a new event management software that would help them organize their events in a leaner and more efficient way. Eventtia is proposing them a new alternative. Our stand visitors highly appreciated the tremendous versatility and flexibility of our platform, plus they congratulated us for Eventtia’s clean design, speed and simplicity of use. We concluded IMEX with 19 online demonstration appointments and with 8 try-outs. We are confident that we will convert many clients in the near future.
It was a great opportunity for Eventtia to take part of this great show and to meet so many event organizers and event tech companies. Also, we were honored to be invited to pitch during the show at the Event Manager Blog’s pitch competition.
This was our first step into the international MICE market industry and we came back to the office thrilled by the common vision shared with event professionals on how events should be managed. We work really hard every day to make Eventtia the best new event management software a reality.
