What is the Eventtia MCP server?

The Eventtia MCP server is a secure connection between Eventtia and any AI assistant. MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard governed by the Linux Foundation and backed by Anthropic and OpenAI.

In plain terms, your assistant can read your event data and change it, using normal sentences. It is included with every Eventtia plan. Setup takes under 5 minutes and no code.

If you use Claude, you do not even need the address. Eventtia is listed in Claude’s Connectors library. You find it, click Connect, and sign in. Nothing to paste. For every other assistant, the endpoint is public: https://connect-mcp.eventtia.com/mcp

Which AI assistants work with the Eventtia MCP server?

Any assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol. That includes Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, and custom agents your team builds.

This is the point of an open standard. When a new assistant adopts MCP, it works with Eventtia on day one. You do not wait for Eventtia to build a separate integration for it.

Claude has the fastest setup today, because Eventtia is listed in its Connectors library.

What can an AI agent actually do inside Eventtia?

It can read your event data and change it. About 50 capabilities across 8 areas of the platform, from the first event page to the last payment record.

Why does write access matter more than reporting?

Asking an assistant how many people registered saves you a login. Asking it to open registration, build the form and confirm the waiting list gives you your week back.

Reporting is the easy half. Plenty of tools can answer questions about your events. Far fewer can act on them. Eventtia does both.

What does “included with every plan” really mean?

No add-on fee. No usage tier. No expiry date. If you are an Eventtia customer, you already have it.

That is worth checking elsewhere. Across this category, pricing is often unpublished. In other cases the server is included for a launch window, with no stated answer for what happens after it closes. Ask the question before you build a workflow on it.

What does being in Claude’s Connectors library change?

Most MCP servers ask you to find an endpoint address, copy it, and paste it into a settings panel. Some ask you to edit a configuration file.

Is it safe to give an AI assistant access to attendee data?

The assistant gets your permissions, and nothing more. You sign in with your own Eventtia account. If your role cannot see an event, the assistant cannot see it either. If your role cannot edit payments, neither can it.

Three more answers your security team will want:

  • Every change the assistant makes is recorded in Eventtia, where your team can review it.
  • Eventtia does not train AI models on your prompts or your event data.
  • All traffic runs over HTTPS, on the same security model as the Eventtia platform.

One thing to check separately: your AI provider has its own data policy. That is their document, not Eventtia’s.

To give an assistant narrower access, connect it with an Eventtia user that has the role you want it to have.

What can it not do yet, and what comes next?

The MCP server covers event operations. It does not cover marketing campaigns yet, so email campaigns and matchmaking still live inside the platform.

Two things are in progress:

  • Setup is one click in Claude today. Eventtia is working to make it that simple in the other AI assistants too.
