Tribe to Eventtia

Payments come back to Eventtia.

When the bank transfer is received in Tribe CRM, Tribe calls the Eventtia REST API and the registration is marked as paid in Eventtia. If the payment is cancelled, the same API reverses it. Finance and the event team see the same status, without a spreadsheet in the middle.

01

Transfer received in Tribe

Tribe calls create_payment on the Eventtia API.

02

Paid in Eventtia

The registration shows as paid, for the event team and the attendee.

03

Reversed if needed

delete_payment cancels the payment in Eventtia.

Around the loop

Invoicing rules stay in Tribe.

Eventtia handles the event and the registration. Tribe CRM handles invoicing and follow-up. Mapping by Eventtia event ID and attendee type ID sends each ticket to the right product and invoice template.

FAQ

Tribe CRM integration questions.

How do I connect Eventtia to Tribe CRM?

Eventtia webhooks start n8n workflows that create the person, the organization and the invoice in Tribe CRM for each registration. Tribe CRM calls the Eventtia REST API when a payment arrives, so the registration is marked as paid in Eventtia.

Can Eventtia registrations create invoices in Tribe CRM?

Yes. Each Eventtia registration creates an invoice in Tribe CRM, with the product matched by Eventtia event ID and attendee type ID. Card payments made at registration are passed along, and registrations paid later are invoiced for bank transfer.

Can Tribe CRM mark an Eventtia registration as paid?

Yes. When a bank transfer is received in Tribe CRM, Tribe calls create_payment on the Eventtia REST API and the registration is marked as paid. delete_payment reverses it.

What happens when an attendee pays by card at registration?

The card payment is made in Eventtia, and the Eventtia payment_created webhook passes it to Tribe CRM, so the invoice shows as paid.

Which tool runs the Eventtia and Tribe CRM integration?

n8n, a low-code workflow tool. The workflows receive Eventtia webhooks, call the Tribe CRM API, and call the Eventtia API when payments come back.

Who builds the Eventtia and Tribe CRM integration, and how long does it take?

An integration partner, your developers, or the Eventtia team, as a scoped and quoted project. It typically takes 1 to 4 weeks, plus a test phase with your finance team.
