Both Aventri (Stova) and Cvent do not disclose fixed pricing plans on their websites and don’t offer tiered pricing options. So, you have to contact their respective sales teams or request a demo, where you’ll get a custom quote based on the number/size of events you are looking to host, the number of attendees, and the extra features you need.

For instance, they may charge more if you request features like multilingual support for specific languages or advanced analytics.

Aventri recently rebranded into Stova (merged with MeetingPlay), so it has fewer user reviews. At the moment, it has an average rating of 4.2 out of 166 reviews. However, Stova’s customers generally say that Stova is easy to use and delivers on all promises, and many users especially praised Stova’s versatility in managing virtual events.

The 4.3 and 4.2 scores are both pretty good, and Cvent and Stova (previously Aventri) are ahead of many other event management software solutions available in the market at the moment.

Should I Consider a Different Solution?

As we have seen, although both Cvent and Aventri (now called Stova) are powerful event management platforms, they are both not perfect, and they are certainly not the most affordable solutions available in the market.
