Liberation Route Europe is a transnational memorial trail that connects WWII remembrance sites and stories across Europe, with a mission to promote international dialogue and understanding.

Depending on the attendee type, they had to grant access to certain activities and functionalities.   • Website and registration form: With our centralized tool, LRE created fully customized event websites that displayed key information and segmented registration forms. This feature enabled attendees to easily register for the event and access all the relevant information in one place.
  • Mobile App: Our event mobile app offered attendees a unique and personalized experience during in-person events. Attendees could edit their profiles with specific information such as their dietary requirements, spoken language, and interests. They could also schedule meetings and visualize their personalized agenda, making the most of their time at the event.
  • Check-in app: Our organizers could use our check-in app to grant access to attendees by scanning their QR codes. This feature enabled them to track attendance rates in real time.
  • Badge customization and printing: Our platform enabled LRE to create and design their badges and print them on-site. This feature helped attendees with a memorable welcome experience, as they received a personalized badge upon arrival.

Results achieved

With these features' implementation, LRE has provided attendees with a flawless registration experience for all their events. In past events, the high number of booked meetings between participants and sponsors (126 scheduled meetings during a 245 attendees event) demonstrates the success of our platform in facilitating connections and networking opportunities.
